Refund & Returns

We want you to love your kit. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day return window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

• Email globalkits26@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
• We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us — we'll reserve your new size and process the swap as soon as the original arrives back.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong jersey, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
